The T nuts are fitted from inside the shoe with the MTB Sole Guard bolt to be screwed in from the outside of the shoe. Each replacement MTB Sole Guard T Nuts kit contains 12 main body T nuts (gold) and four toe bumper T nuts (silver) needed for one pair of shoes.
