Prunideo 2019Description Tasting Notes Rosso di Toscana IGT Sangiovese 90%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10% 14% Alcohol Serve between 61 and 64 degrees. This red is ideal with complex meat dishes, including roasts of beef or pork, and braised meat and game. Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation for 15 20 days at controlled temperatures. Maturation in 225 liter oak barrels and in stainless steel tanks for 12 months and finally three months refinement in the bottle.
