If your machine is running sluggish or slow; or if the feed wheel spins but the tape doesn't get forwarded, the motor brush may need to be changed. If your machine is older than 2018 you will need E5 2 motor brush kit, if you machine is newer, you will need our larger sized motor brushes, E5 2 2.
